1. Accountability. You probably have accountability partners for any number of things, gyms, business development, budgeting the list goes on, Clearing out the clutter in one’s mind can be one thing that make a huge impact and yet if often pushed to the side, A meditation accountability partner helps you stay on track.

3. Actively Listen. Be fully present and give your meditation partner your full attention.

4. Be open. You must choose someone you can trust and be prepared to share your inner thoughts. You will have deeper shifts when you are comfortable to work through any obstacles that are holding you back from greater happiness.

5. Choose what level of exchange feedback. Decide if you are willing to receive or give generously insights and impressions. Be loving and tactful in challenging each other or suggesting course corrections. Be forward when you see wins that should be celebrated.

6. Have an actionable outcome. Meditation has a deeper impact if you create an actionable outcome at the end of your session. Take a few moments each to write your insights and thoughts, look for 1 thing you are more aware of that you can action today that will have the biggest most positive outcome and do it.
